Learn to ‘let go’ for the healing of body & mind! The intention of Restorative Yoga is to rest deeply, and restore the body and being to a state of balance. In these nourishing classes you will learn how to relax and re-pattern the body's response to stress, creating awareness and familiarity of the state of relaxation.
Guided to completely relax and completely let go while resting well-supported, you will experience a deep ‘inner exploration’ promoting a conscious release of physical, emotional & mental stress & tensions. In a state of quiet stillness, the body and mind shed their 'restless busy-ness' of everyday life to experience a welcome peace.
This is the perfect rehabilitation for a stressful job, a hectic lifestyle, or a mind in constant overdrive.You will leave these meditative rejuvenating classes feeling nourished and deeply rested, with an enhanced sense of well-being. Come to know the vast freedom and profound contentment that exists with 'consciously releasing' on levels at and beyond the physical.

These classes involve resting in lengthy stillness in well supported poses.

COVID SAFETY: Please bring your own bolster if you have one. If you don't have a bolster you can use a bolster from the Lounge (which has been in storage and is covid safe). Only you will handle your bolster for the duration of the course. Each student will store their Lounge bolster in it's own individual space within our large storage room & use the same bolster each week.
