Most of our students attend the Lounge to unwind and be nurtured - often glad to find an 'inner connection' that they haven't found elsewhere. They aren't usually coming to get a 'work out'.
Our space has no mirrors and we have no concern for what you can or can't do on the mat... because at the Lounge the journey isn't about the physical practice - that's just the tool we use to guide you back home to yourself and to your natural state of calm. The journey is an inward journey, one of self-realisation, making peace with yourself and with life.
We specialise in classes that aid in the management of emotional and mental turbulence as well as physical imbalances, utilising tools of Intelligent Movement, Meditation, Relaxation, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Breath Work and Education ...but don't just take our word for it, read the reflections of others here >
