One of the things I love about teaching this Mindfulness Meditation course is seeing students 'get it'. Not just going through the motions of the practice and 'getting how to do it', but really understanding the essence of practice, why they are doing what they are doing, and getting a true taste of the journey. The method I apply is structured, systematic, and repeatable, and takes you to a place that is palpable. Every single instruction comes with a purpose, and with the intention set, and one foot after the other we all simply follow stepping stones toward Zen. After teaching meditation for over a decade, it still excites me to share my personal route to 'seated calm' - a route that makes sense to me, and seems to make sense to everyone else! But more importantly, empowers them to meditate 'successfully' on their own. I would love to share this with you too!
