HOW DOES IT WORK? Once you register for an online class you will be sent a link via email that takes you to the online class. You will need to download 'ZOOM' on your device to 'attend' the online class. Prepare a space to practice in your own home, and at 5-10 minutes before class is due to start, click on the link sent in the email which will take you to a virtual 'waiting room'. When everyone has 'arrived' for class, Lisa will 'open' the class and you will find yourself in a virtual class space.
WHAT WILL I NEED? The minimum you will need is a yoga mat. It's great if you have also have a couple of blocks. a bloster, a strap and a blanket, but if you don't that's ok. You can improvise. You can use books for blocks, pillows and cusions for a bolster, a belt for a strap and a thick towel for a blanket. A chair can even be a handy substitute for a bolster and blocks at certain times.
