While this full and varied retreat serves to assist in the management of anxiety and stress, it is also the perfect platform for learning the foundations of meditation. Incorporating theBeginnner Meditation Workshop within this day makes it a thorough and invaluable experience!
This retreat offers three very significant benefits:
You will learn to create a support structure on which you can rely to remain more calm and grounded at times when you would otherwise be feeling shakey and unsettled
You will create a platform from which you can begin a meditation journey should you wish to, and
You will come away with a deeper understanding and sense of self.
With a hands on approach to ensure your own personal physiological responses to stress are recognised, and a plethora of exercises that shine light back on the self, you will develop an understanding of where and how change can be implimented to re-pattern your relationship with situations that create anxiety and stress.
