This course is wonderful for beginners and anyone who enjoys an easy yoga practice, as well as anyone just looking to destress through yoga. Offered at 6am, these classes will have you starting the day feeling fresh, positive and relaxed.
At conclusion of the course, where there is a demand, these gentle classes will continue as a regular addition to the class schedule and will be available for casual attendance, and new students will have the opportunity to take up our Introductory Offer (10 Class Pass for $100) to continue the journey!
