Release energetic blockages through sound healing and allow your own natural rhythms to sync with that of life's flow with restorative yoga. Deeply relaxing, restorative yoga soothes the nervous system creating a space for the healing of body and being, and a nurturing of spirit. Enjoy this cleansing and releasing practice that will leave you feeling at peace and deeply relaxed, with renewed energy, revived and ready to open to 2015 with a sense of clarity.

What is 'sound vibration healing'?
The human body is made up of frequencies (or vibrations) that form a harmonic and balanced whole when a person is healthy. The vibrations of the body easily go out of tune when a person experiences physical or emotional stress, improper and destructive habits. Sound Vibration Healing employs a variety instruments that resonate through the body to help the body remember its own healthy harmonic resonance. The vibratory energies can break up these blockages, releasing the energy and allowing it to flow freely. 

This beautiful experience is the perfect tonic for dissolving stress and tension, and welcoming the flow of peace and calm.

What will I experience?
  • A sensory exploration of the body resting deeply in stillness in various well supported positions based on chakra openings. 
  • An array of meditative sounds including crystal singing bowls, gong, drum beats, sofeggio frequency percussion drum melodies, Tibetan singing bowls, bells and other intriguing and emotionally stirring auditory experiences. 
  • Occasional stimulation of contact vibration, and energetic vibration. 
  • Occasional aromatic aura mist sprays (optional*)
  • Lengthy relaxation

What do I need?  
Comfortable clothes which allow ease of movement, and a small drink bottle of water.

Do I need to be fit or flexible?  
Absolutely not. This is a passive supported practice suitable for every one - bring your partner, your friend or just yourself.
