Class sizes are reduced according to covid social distancing regulation
Social distancing of mats, check-in queues, and waiting area is observed with floor markers
Hand sanitizer is provided in studio
Students are to provide their own mats wherever possible
Studio mats used will be sprayed after every use with medical grade antibacterial & antiviral spray
There will be no use of studio props. Please bring a thick towel/small blanket to class.
Online payment and bank transfer are the only payment options for this term.
Students are not permitted to class if unwell.
Each class is currently only offered as a 10 week term class.
Term payment is required for each class.
Please bring your own mat to class where possible. (Sanitised mats and blocks will be available for use. No other props will be used in class unless they are your own).
10 week term starts on the week starting from Saturday June 12.
Classes will be held on any public holidays that might arise during the 10 week term.
Make-up classes are not available. You are purchasing a term pass to hold your spot in that class for the term.
Due to restrictions in place, we are unable to offer unlimited memberships at this time.
You are required to nominate which class on the schedule you would like to attend for the term.

A very gentle class of simple movements to encourage mobility of the all joints of the body. Enjoyed by nervous beginners, seniors, students with physical restrictions, and just perfect for you if you are looking for a mild practice!

Neither strictly hatha nor vinyasa, this diverse and potentially more dynamic class offers a range of both contemporary and classical postures which may vary in intensity and focus from week to week. This is a class that ticks all the boxes for the regular yogi
