When you are living with constant stress it becomes increasingly difficult to give yourself fully to life outside of your stress - eventually lacking the physical, emotional and/or mental energy to to carry yourself through each and every day, and essentially 'stress' sucks the joy out of life's experience. But further, ongoing stress equates to a spiraling path of ill-health and disease. No organism is designed to withstand ongoing constant stress without effect, and given no respite from a 'stress too great to bear' will eventually collapse.

This 8 week course is dedicated specifically to cultivating physical and mental relaxation, emotional calm and restoring balance. Experience a variety of approaches and learn valuable tools in the management of stress. These are not 'physical' classes and are suitable for everyone.
