As a big thank you, ALL of our EVENING CLASSES all through December are FREE for everyone who lives in the Redlands. That's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night unlimited free yoga. If you have a pass, it wont be charged. If you don't have a pass, you won't need one!

A beautiful class to relieve tension in your body and relieve the stresses of life. Holding poses of stretch for lengthy periods, Yin is designed to stimulate the body’s meridian lines and nourish the non-contractile connective tissues of the body (the ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia). Yin Yoga is a great way to release stubborn patterns of holding and open the body and mind. Cultivating a quiet, meditative state, Yin is suitalble for everyone - particularly beneficial to students with an over-active lifestyle.

This class offers the best of both worlds. The first half of the class begins by bringing energy into the yang tissues of the body with mindful movement. The second half of the class slows down completely with poses that are nestled in stillness to nourish the deep yin tissues of the body and unwind the mind. Suitable for everyone, this class is a great way to balance your energy systems and come away feeling centred.

With slow sensory exploration of the body, you will bring stability to your core and joints, and mobility to your hips and spine. Strenghthen and stretch to stand taller, minimise the risk of back pain, and move with greater ease! Including extended time dedicated to breathing and meditation, every BODY needs a bit of this.

This class is a gentler variation of our general yoga class, 'The Regular Yogi'. A great place to start and the perfect all-rounder, the 'Easy Does It' class is a great option if you don't quite feel ready to try The Regular Yogi class just yet, or if you just want to enjoy a readily accessible class.
