Yin Yoga is a great way to release stubborn patterns of holding and open the body and mind. Cultivating a quiet, meditative state, Yin is suitalble for everyone - particularly beneficial to students with an over-active lifestyle.

This class is a gentler variation of our general yoga class, 'The Regular Yogi'. A great place to start and the perfect all-rounder, the 'Easy Does It' class is a great option if you don't quite feel ready to try The Regular Yogi class just yet, or if you just want to enjoy a readily accessible class.
