​The Anxiety Clinic operates adjacent to the Yoga Lounge where Lisa provides effective support for individuals in a relaxed environment. The focus is to implement immediate action to help you make positive change effective from your very first visit.

​Learn how to ease the physiological symptoms associated with anxiety and stress, and create a support structure on which you can rely to remain more calm and grounded at times when you would otherwise be feeling shakey.
Using bio feedback techniques, you will learn to recognise automatic habitual patterns of stress within the physical body where you can then apply corrective tools and establish practices on which calm and relaxation can be experienced. With a hands on approach to ensure your subtle physical responses to stress are recognised, you will come away with an understanding of where and how change can be implimented to re-pattern your relationship with situations that cause anxiety or stress, and with anxiety itself. 

Including Breathing, Relaxation, accessible Mindfulness techniques  you will begin to feel the benefits immediately.
