This monthly Meditation Group offers community, accountability, and a supportive space to steady and enrich your meditation practice. Come together with like-minded individuals on a monthly basis to share and practice the art of self-regulation in meditation, to tune in to the power of group practice, and to contribute an expanse of positive energy out in to the world.
Whether you are a seasoned meditator, fresh out of a beginner meditation course, or your practice is a bit rusty, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself, with others, and with meditation itself.
Each session provides a comfortable and inviting space for meditation (with cushions, blankets, chairs and bolsters as needed), a ritualistic opening, followed by a brief guided lead in to a self-guided silent practice. The silence will conclude with a short closing loving-kindness meditation to foster connection and compassion to each other and the world.
The monthly meditation group will meet on the LAST FRIDAY of each month at 7.00pm
DO I NEED MEDITATION EXPERIENCE? Beginners are welcome to come along, however please keep in mind this is not an instructional practice.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING? No you don't need to bring anything along, however if you have your own a meditation cushion or stool, of course you are most welcome to use it.
HOW DO I BOOK? These sessions are on our public schedule and are booked in the same way as all of our other classes. You are required to purchase a class pass and reserve your spot prior to attending. Just click the link below which will take you to the class schedule, and go from there.
WHAT IS THE COST? The cost is $15. Just use a regular class pass to attend this session.
