Emily is offering an indulgent afternoon of sweet yin yoga to prepare you for Autumn.
With 2 beautiful hours of yin you will prepare your body and self, on every level to transition smoothly from the heat of summer to the (hopefully) cooler autumn days. You'll connect deeply to your breath - always an important practice, but even more so in Autumn when the lungs become the organ of focus.
This extended practice will involve holding poses for lengths of time, aiming to find stillness in the depths of your cells and psyche. All that you need to bring is a willingness to soften and make space.

Groove With Julie - Every Wednesday 6.30pm
WHAT IS GROOVE? Class starts with stretching to get your body and joints lubricated and ready for dance. Each week Julie presents an array of music to which you'll just want to move to. Julie shares an inviting rhythm for each song and gives the space where can add your own groove. Using the whole room and dancing like no one is watching, you learn to move your way. Only you can do it! Discover how your mind, body and soul want to move with the music. There is no wrong way, your way is the right way. Groove is a class that works from within, where you connect with the music and feel the freedom to move which ever way you choose. The class finishes off with 'strecth & stillness' allowing the benefits of the practice to integrate into your body & being.
