Evening classes are run in 10 week TERM BLOCKS.
BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED prior to commencement of each term.
Sorry. mid-term commencement and drop-ins are not available.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to class.
2x make-up classes are available per term but must be pre-arranged and attended prior to the term concluding. Contact Lisa to arrange make-up classes.

A nourishing combination of restful Restorative Yoga and the quiet slow pace of Yin Yoga, this class encourages you to sink into supported poses to gently open the body, evoke relaxation of the body and mind, and soothe the nervous system. This is a gentle meditative class recommended for all to release old patterns of holding within and surrender to the flow of new energy. You will leave feeling relaxed and nurtured. Suitable for all levels.

A quiet slow-paced class where poses are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body (the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks). By stretching these deep connective tissues we strenghten the joints over time, stabilising our joints while also increasing their range of motion. With a focus on meridians of the body, yin yoga ties western thought with anciet Indian and Chinese methodologies to work with the energy maps of the body, balancing the body's internal organs and systems. This slow quiet class brings balance to a busy life and mind.
