​After a challenging 2020 year for many, we have very significantly cut our pricing to make the supportive practice of yoga more accessible to everyone! We hope this provides you with some financial relief, giving you a good foot in to 2021 with the opportunity for lots of soul goodness to sustain you through the year. Yes, you are still getting our wonderfully experienced yoga teachers offering their abundant wealth of knowledge in the beautiful dedicated yoga space we call the Lounge. Welcome all!

All classes are $15 
  • Passes are available in 1, 3, 5, 8 and 10 packs for your convenience.
  • There are no expiry dates on passes!
  • Simply pre-purchase your pass & book your spot for class online.

  2. You will be directed to sign our online waiver prior to booking your first class.
  3. Purchase a pass. 
  4. Reserve your spot in class.

A gentle class of simple movements to encourage mobility of the all joints of the body. Enjoyed by nervous beginners, seniors, students with physical restrictions, and just perfect for you if you are looking for a simple, calming practice!  ​

A beautiful class to relieve tension in your body and relieve the stresses of life. Holding poses of stretch for lengthy periods, Yin is designed to stimulate the body’s meridian lines and nourish the non-contractile connective tissues of the body (the ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia). Yin Yoga is a great way to release stubborn patterns of holding and open the body and mind. Cultivating a quiet, meditative state, Yin is suitalble for everyone - particularly beneficial to students with an over-active lifestyle.

This class offers the best of both worlds. The first half of the class energises the body with steady, mindful movement. The last half of the class delivers poses that are nestled in stillness to stretch out the body and unwind the mind. Suitable for everyone, this class is a great way to balance your energy systems and come away feeling centred.

This class is a gentler variation of our general yoga class, 'The Regular Yogi'. A great place to start and the perfect all-rounder, the 'Easy Does It' class is a great option if you don't quite feel ready to try The Regular Yogi class just yet, or if you just want to enjoy a readily accessible class.

A wonderfully diverse class offering a variety of postures which may vary in intensity and focus from week to week. Including breathing & relaxation, this class suitable for all levels from able-bodied beginners, and ticks all the boxes for the regular yogi.​


​COVID SAFETY

  • Class sizes meet covid spacing regulation.
  • Distancing of mats is observed with floor markers.
  • Hand sanitizer is located at check-in point.
  • Students are asked to BYO mat where possible.
  • Studio mats and blocks are sprayed with medical grade antibacterial & antiviral spray after each use.
  • No attendance to class if class if unwell.
