YIN A quiet, nurturing class where poses of stretch are held for lengthy periods to release stubborn patterns of tension and holding in the body and mind. Yin yoga is a great way to unwind from the inside out, melting away the stresses of life, and is particularly beneficial to individuals with an over-active lifestyle, and for anyone specifically wanting to increase their flexibility.
VINYIN The best of both worlds, this class includes a combination of slow Flow yoga together with Yin yoga. Beginning with gentle energising movement to stretch and strengthen, and finishing with poses nestled in stillness to stretch out the body and unwind the mind, this class is a great way to balance your energy systems and come away feeling calm and centred.
GENTLE A class of simple movements to encourage mobility and stability of the all joints of the body. Enjoyed by tentative beginners, anyone with physical restrictions, and everyone just looking for a simple, calming practice.
