Offered as a weekly class and day retreats, ANXIETY CLINICS provide effective support to individuals experiencing stress & anxiety through the learning and practice of specific breathing, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation techniques. With tools that wholistically attend to both body and mind you can begin to create a support structure on which you can rely to remain more calm and grounded at times when you would otherwise be feeling shakey.

I've dabbled in meditation on my own before but could never get into it. I tried my first class last night with Lisa. I felt relaxed, invigorated and calm at the same time. I'm the kind of person that wants to be able to do things on my own, but having her guidance allowed me to experience a much deeper and more fulfilling meditation than by myself. What I'm really stoked about is today I woke up with my chronic pain about a 3 out of 10. Normally in the mornings it's about a 9 out of 10. Unfortunatley I live overseas, but if I was staying in Brisbane longer I would 100% become a regular!!!
