This comprehensive weekend with Lisa will take you on a very practical journey towards 'calm beneath the chaos'.

The Anxiety Clinic is perfect for you if anxiety, stress, or ptsd is interfering with your life, if you are ready to delve deeper into self, if you are wanting to create change., and are looking to experience and cultivate calm.
