"After years of listening to guided meditations I decided to attend the Mindfulness Meditation course. It was quite dramatically different from what I had encountered from the guided meditations I was used to. After the first class I was able to go progressively deeper into a meditative state of which I can now access on my own, although I still attend the different types of classes offered at the Lounge as I feel it's really beneficial to me. The Lounge is a peaceful place and I always feel completely comfortable in this setting. All types of people attend, there is no stereotype as meditation helps us all. Lisa ensures that all feel comfortable.
